Burgess — Session 10 (October 22, 2022)

• Rejoined in the tunnel from the Brigganocks
• Raspy voice and goblin voices beyond
• Looked through the hole in the wall and saw a room; removed rocks and snuck through
• Found a marionette tangled up in its strings — we’re in the storage room for Endelyn’s theater
  • They’re rehearsing a play — perhaps “A Village No More” — green dragon
  • They don’t trust the lead actor, who casts no shadow
• Marionette interested in being accompanied out; willing to guide us around
• Could possibly move about if we put on a performance
• Went upstairs; found a rehearsal attended by many unhappy darklings
  • Saw a goblin directing a tiefling
• Saw Burly behind the stage — the missing bugbear from the carnival
• Saw lots of unhappy performers
• Performed with lines from Stagefright
• Snuck around; found a darkling turning goblins into masks
• Grabbed the mask of a goblin; ran away; went back to the stage
• Talked to Feenie’s (the goblin girl with the kite) parents and told them she was ok
