Active, leading the Tribe of the Weaver to Coldpeak

Leader of the Elk tribe, who now call themselves the Tribe of the Weaver. The Reghedsmen follow the elk herds. They don’t stay; they move. Their seasons alongside the Coldpeak are an old arrangement, kept by the understanding between Ragnhild and Broken Tusk. It isn’t a formal alliance. It’s older and quieter than that.

She put her bow in River’s hands, and a promise came with it: if the Elk ever stood alone, he would stand with them. In Session 16 that promise came due. Elementals had harried the Elk into a box ravine under a frozen waterfall, Rime Talon was roosting on the cliffs, and Ulfe was the only runner who got through to Coldpeak. When the party arrived in Session 18, she said simply that they came, and put warm broth in their hands before any questions.

She notices things: who someone is, what they’re carrying, whether they’re worth trusting. In Session 20 she noticed that River had come back, more than that he’d been gone, and thanked him for watching over Savin. She asked the party to take her people to Coldpeak if there’s a place for them. She hopes to recover the ones Rime Talon took, but not at the tribe’s risk.

At the fire after the siege, she asked Father Joseph to tell Eyvend’s story, and called him the Thread Giver. Then she gave her people a new name: the Tribe of the Weaver, who tell the stories of others until all the threads are woven together. She is leading them to Coldpeak under that name.

Before the Reweave — In the unwoven, Ragnhild arrived at the Session 6 feast as Pasha came back to her people. When the storm came and Rimetalon’s spirits rose with it, she stayed, put her bow in River’s hands, and pointed the party toward the beast without a word of explanation. Afterward the Elk broke from the Coldpeak and went north. The Reweave rewrote this. Memories of it surface as half-rumor, not error.
